Lockhart Phillips has the green/blue glow xenon H4 bulbs which are much brighter than any other H4 I have tried. They claim that the 55/60 watt bulb produces the equivelent light of a 110/120 bulb, and I believe it. And it won't risk melting your wiring harness like the higher wattage bulbs out there. You may or may not like the glowing phosphorous ring around the base, but ride a dark night with one, and you'll be sold on it too. I don't think I have seen anyone but Lockhart with them though. Not sure why.
Part numbers 106-2700, 2701, 2710, 2711, 2712 give you the different color combinations. Blue/green glow with white light and blue/green/yellow with blue tinted light.
